I understand.
When I first started meditating, I did'n’t know what to do but to sit still and quiet for a few minutes. At that time, I was not a fan of sitting still.
But I knew that it was something I needed to do.
It wasn’t easy at first. Meditation apps didn’t exist, and there wasn’t much discussion in Western society then. Through many sleepless nights, multiple mental misdiagnoses, medications, and disconnecting from myself. Years later, I finally understood that I was guided to become a spiritual strategist, meeting people where they are and helping them explore the depths of their intuition and awareness.
Today, I have helped clients globally.
I can relate to the struggle of feeling like you need to hide your struggles and worries from others. Opening up and revealing our true selves can be scary, especially when we fear judgment or rejection. However, I've learned that embracing our unique gifts and experiences allows us to connect with others and positively impact the world. That's why I encourage everyone to be brave and explore their unknown selves, even in the face of fear. By embracing our vulnerabilities and acknowledging our strengths, we can tap into our intuition and allow it to guide us through life.
