Daily Practice
How to Create a Daily Practice.
It all begins with breathing and being still. Maybe you want to launch a business, create a new habit, or heal past or current wounds. Meditation has been proven to help heal all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit. Here’s a breakdown of how I began my meditation journey and the habits I created to discover how to connect with the Universe.
Mornings.
Gratitude - Meditate - Intentions - Journal - Walks
First thing in the morning, spend some time feeling the emotions of gratitude; do this by lying in bed or standing barefoot outside on the grass.
Practicing gratitude is one of the best ways to raise your vibrations and manifest.
Meditate 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the day. Set intentions for the day with tea time while stirring your tea bag, steeping, and practicing affirmations. Journaling in the morning or the evening is a great way to connect and create your life.
Morning walks are another great way to practice mindfulness, gratitude, and affirmations. Allow yourself through movement to create these vibrations.
Afternoons.
Breath - Movement - Awareness - Energy Cleanse
I will check in with myself and focus on my breath to create that space within myself. Sometimes, all I need is one to two minutes to achieve this.
1-2 minutes focusing on your breath.
Feel what energy is moving through your body.
Create awareness around your thoughts.
Focus on white or gold light showering over your head and body.
Evenings.
Read - Energy Cleanse - Journal - Meditation
Cleansing your energy is essential when you feel overwhelmed or even if you are not. It is a great way to take responsibility for your energy by creating a habit of cleansing it each day.
Read for 15 to 30 minutes.
A cleansing meditation is great for releasing the chords of attachments and lingering thoughts and conversations from the day.
Journaling is an excellent way to release emotions, track your spiritual growth, and create a platform for your soul to talk to you.
Fall asleep to a meditation.
Pray to Talk to God, Meditate to Listen to God
The importance of being still and listening to what God and the Universe have to say is often underestimated in that we feel prayer is the only avenue to connect. Which often creates the habit of talking over God rather than sitting still to hear His guidance.
Meditation is a time to receive guidance and messages and set your intentions. It is essential not to forget to ask what you need or put limitations around how you hope to obtain it, failing to recognize the many ways the Universe is trying to support you.
Communicate and be specific about what you want to create for yourself.
Remember, we are energy too, and it takes us to play an active role in the things that we seek to create, alongside God and the Universe backing us up.
